THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT
Institute of Leadership and Development (INSLA) is highlighting the role of alcohol consumption and secondhand smoke in propagating the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana. It is involved in monitoring the tobacco industry to prevent interference through:
- the submission of an open letter to the Government of Ghana requesting rejection of all offers and support from the tobacco industry and its affiliates and allies.
- the holding of a press conference highlighting tobacco industry interference in the COVID-19 pandemic.
